Way to go NBC, show the last Scrubs to air on your network out of order. It was just jarring seeing Kelso back.

Loved the episode though. Freezing when Todd says something done was genius. And the whole fairy tale part of it was well done.

Scrubs used to be one of my favorite shows but they have really ruined the show in the last couple seasons. Unfortunately they could not end there run on an up note.

Yep, marketing it as the finale (and the pseudo-return of Ken Jenkins) was totally classless.

Oh well. Hopefully it will be funny when it moves to ABC.

A weak Series finally. At least they didn't do the retrospective show.

    Wow. Just. Wow.

Based on this last season, and this episode in particular, the writers of this show should be glad they have a job. This was straight-up horrible. It was totally weird seeing Kelso back with no explanation either.

Only 2 funny parts: Cox and his facial hair during the fairytale sequence, and the Janitor/Ted scenes.

    This episode sucked!

My wife & I love Scrubs. She watches two episodes in rerun EVERY night of the week. We both thought it just wasn't funny. Especially for a finale.

There was only one line I laughed at. Cox saying "My name is Percival Cox. You are killing my patient. Prepare to die."

Good thing it's not the series finale then.

I guess this is not such a good showing for Braff. Since he was the director (and helped write it?? Not sure on that part).

Oh well I will rewatch the first season and remember it fondly.

Until ABC brings it back...hope it does well there.

Apparently NBC just decided bah, we'll just air these episodes however we want since the series is probably going to ABC anyway...let's just screw with the fans.

It was more jarring seeing Aloma Wright (Nurse Roberts/Shirley) back...again!

Over the years, I bought seasons 1-5 on DVD. I passed on Six, and will probably pass on Seven too. Bill Lawrence says Eight will be more like the first few seasons tone-wise, with more of a focus on drama. I hope so.

Yeah, this was *not* good. And I'm usually very forgiving of weak Scrubs episodes. It was all very disjointed (and lame). They didn't even have the decency to put Eliot in something skimpy. :(;)

Best line was the homage to Princess Bride by Dr. Cox.

What was so jarring about that? Hasn't she been back pretty regularly?

I didn't dislike the episode nearly as much as most of you did, but I really thought it was lame of NBC to show it out of order. Having that closure between J.D. and Elliot would have made much more sense about a month ago, and now that Kelso has left, bringing him back as the Dark Lord was just cruel.

    BIH, NBC.

Aloma Write returned as a different character. -->http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0942193/

1st Nurse Roberts then Nurse Shirley.
Still odd though. Kill off a character then bring her back as someone different.
