I know. I tried to explain it to him, but they go to their drop back. Tech visit! I'm gonna call back Roland today and tell him that no one on this forum gets those two channels. Definately something on their end.

Line level issues would still be their problem, especially if it's only on one QAM.

Also no A&E HD and no Palladia, went through the trouble shooting described on the sheet.

I picked mine up at the Calahan location, not sure what the lady was talking about only issueing a couple...I went at lunch and the few minutes I was there 5 people had picked up the thin cardboard box with the TA in it.

Your tuning adapter only allows you to view Switch Digital Video.
Your tuning adapter is what allows you to be two-way.

The tuning adapters RF MAC should start out with:

    00223A1

I get a&eHD but not paladia. also, I'm not getting 162-165. I called CSR, and of course that proved pointless.

I got the TA yesterday, installed it and all of sudden I was getting error messages left and right on the cc's. truck came out this morning and installed new cards. everything is working alright except the problems indicated above. this is all really silly. If Tivo didn't have such a good product over the twc dvr I wouldn't put up with this crap another minute more.

Today I added the premeium channels and I can't get any of them. They show up on a cable box hooked up to another TV, but the HDTiVo with M-Card and TA show a black screen. One truck roll so far - another on the way to switch out the M-Card with 2 S-Cards. I can get all the HD channels I couldn't get before installing the TA - I just can't get the premiums. Ideas?

The two techs just left here a few moments ago. Whatever IT did at the server, the two channels are now operational.

A black screen is a different issue than the A&E / Palladia problem.

Paladia is coming in now for me as well.

Anyone else having the issue of 162-165 not coming in?

They came by today and switched out two M-cards for two S-cards. Problem was I wasn't getting a single channel above 112, even with the addition of a functional TA

Hmm - thanks for the encouraging news, patroldawg. They're coming by tomorrow morning to switch 'em out.

Trying to test out a lot of my channels now, and I'm wondering how what I'm seeing compares to what you guys have had problems with. There's a large number of the SDV HD channels that give me what I assume is an SDV failure message when I try to tune them. ("This channel is temporarily unavailable." etc.) Is this the same problem the rest of you who have missed channels are seeing, or is this just that my neighborhood is over saturated with SDV users?
