I received the above model as a free replacement in For my old roamio ota model that lasted about 18 months before the fan went out. This new model lasted about three weeks and the hard drive went crazy noisy, and was mailed back to TiVo this week. I also own a second roamio ota that has been replaced twice due to noisy fans about two years ago & again a year ago. I remember paying about $80.00 for the first replacement and about $50.00 for the second.

I remember paying $350 each for roamio’s new, with the idea being to get rid of the $15.00 monthly fees on my older 2015 bolt & mini set, that combined cost about $350.00 new. Adding it all up comes to $236.00 a year for the hardware plus the $150 annual charge on the bolt for three years.

My Comcast rental fee was about $15.00 a month for the x1 ($180.00 a year). Just an observation!

I now have the bolt active again which runs great still? Also note the date on my last replacement, they are still making them?

What was the first 7 digits of the TSN on the unit (xxx-xxxx) as the date could indicate a remanufactured date?

Not sure what the 2 would be as they use to designate remanufactured ones with 0011 in the second group of numbers versus 0001 for new. My "Tivo-renewed" Mini is A93-0011.
