Advertisements My Roamio(Plus) has run out of data and will not connect. After a long phone call on Saturday trying every solution suggested, I was told to call my provider. Then I recalled my (often unused) Roamio basic is connecting fine; I called back TiVo and was now told there is a known problem with Roamio and a fix was in the works, “please be patient”. I can not find any mention of similar problems here. Any idea which of my phone calls yielded the truth? Calling Xfinity feels like such a long laborious process and further- if my other box is connecting- how can I demonstrate to them the problem is on their end? Thank you.
