Replaced Power Supply & HD Still All Lights Blinking

I replaced the hard drive and the power supply and still 4 lights blinking. The new 2tb hard drive has passed WD diagnostics. Nothing inside is bulging, leaking or loose. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?

 

Btw, the new hard drive is WD Blue WD20NPVZ. The lights blinking with new power supply is happening with both the original hard drive and the new one. Also, I recently bought this Bolt on ebay as a package deal and I have not been able to get to setup, or connect it to Tivo at all yet.
