Recording Problem

    I am not able to record a digital and analog channel at the same time. When I go to the channel setup, I don't have the cbl/box check marks available.
    I have read all the thread and done accordingly, but still not able to fix it.Please help me in this regards.

    I assume you have a Series 2 TiVo. How do you have it connected from cablebox to the TiVo? What are the first 3 digits of the TiVo Service Number?

    Yes i have series 2. Now i am able to do that. just i have done reset and now i am able to do that. Thank you for your kind support.
