Well, I am finally ready to purchase a TiVo HD. Before I go out and buy it, I do have a few questions though...

    1) Are the CableCard pixelation issues fixed?
    2) Where can I get the TiVo HD for under $299? Are there any special deals if you buy the wireless adapter with it?
    3) How much SD can it hold? How much HD?

    Thanks! :)

    1. Seems to be with HDMI..
    2. Amazon had em for $265...may have been temporary though.
    3. 80-ish on Best/High I think...20 HD. I could be wrong on those numbers, but they sound right.

    1) For some, but not all.. and in all the threads I've read, it has nothing to do with HDMI
    2) Your best bet is buying a 10% off Best Buy coupon on eBay for $2
    3) "TiVo HD can record up to 20 hours in HD or up to 180 hours in SD, depending on your cable source."

    2) The 10% and 12% off BB (and $40 off $199 @ Circuit City) coupons are readily available on the forums. There's no need to buy a coupon on ebay.

    3) The TivoHD comes equipped with a 160Gb drive but you may want to consider replacing that with a 500Gb or 750Gb drive.
