Qwest choice - no option for cable/sat. box setup

    I'm losing my mind. I know at one time there was a menu selection
    from "messages & settings" -> "cable/satellite box setup".

    It's not there. After selecting "messages & settings" I only see this:

    Messages
    Settings
    Get Tivo Kidzone
    account & system info
    troubleshooting
    restart
    standby

    I want to set my Tivo for 10005-fast. The Qwest tech said to use
    Next Level, and also this website said as well:

    how do I re-enable that "cable/satellite box setup" as a menu selection.

    I've reset the Tivo a number of times, without luck. Tivo is working just
    fine on my wireless WAN. no issues there. it can download content just
    fine.

    You have to redo GS for a cable box, if you haven't already.

    The Option to set IR is under
    Settings>Channels>Channel Changing Options
