Program Guide not updating

    All network connections show successful. Have forced a network connection more than a dozen times - all successful. Worth mentioning that once "preparing" is done, it goes through all the steps very quickly.
    I've rebooted countless times and have power cycled several times.
    Same results after everything. Connection reports successful, but the Guide has not updated.
    Everything else working as expected.
    Any suggestions?

    repeat guided setup.

    you won't lose any recordings or 1p's, and when finished, it will populate a few days of the guide. after an hour or so, force another connection, wait another hour, then check again.

    Well, I can't explain it, but apparently the 27th time you force a connection it works.

    Got a notice from my Roamio earlier this week the guide data hadn't been updated since 4/7 and it wanted to force a connection to get some more. That failed. Rebooted the TiVo, forced a connection again, the guide data downloaded, and about an hour later I had another two weeks or so of shows in the guide. Don't know why the TiVo got stuck like that, but the things that we put up with... an unreliable DVR is no good. Don't know if the cable co boxes are better, but I think the guide data will at least stay current and correct.
