Problems with iPad App - says I'm not on home network, when I am...

    I'm having some problems with the iPad App. I'll start watching a program and after a minute or two, the sound will first drop out, the video will freeze and I'll get a pop-up message in the App that I am not on my home network (when I am). To try to fix, I've done the following (in this order)
    1. Force closed the iPad app.
    2. Reboot the Tivo
    3. Open iPad app
    4. Go through streaming setup
    No luck...

    Suggestions welcome.

    Who is your TV provider? I had a similar issue with Spectrum and I had to sign out of TV provider and then seemed to work ok and the TV Provider was back to Spectrum.
    You could call your provider and see what they say

    Whenever I've hit the inability to stream shows from my Bolt+ while on my home network AND the streaming setup fails, the only solution for me has been to reboot my Bolt+. Kill and relaunching TiVo's iPad app has never helped.

    I have set up in and out of home streaming so many times I lost count. The only thing I can do with that app is use it as a remote or stream things in my living room. Right next to the 55" tv.
