Advertisements I have a Tivo HD circa 2008. I am currently unable to download videos from Amazon. My Amazon account says that "you are not enabled to purchase from your Tivo device! Update your Tivo user account settings to enable downloads." This Tivo (I have two) has video downloads enabled. My second Tivo downloads from Amazon just fine. I have tried disabling and then enabling video downloads, but no change. I tried unlinking and relinking my Amazon account, still no luck. I've checked to insure that the Tivo is connecting regularly -- it is. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
