It's just a TV show. This is just an internet message board. Two things one need not get emotional about in the grand scheme of life.

That wasn't the only mistake in this episode. When Linc was driving the "getaway" car, He made a turn, but the steering wheel never moved. He just slid his hands over the wheel to simulate the action.

They covered that in a line of dialogue, where they said that the helicopters had to go back and refuel. :D At least they TRIED to make it plausible. :)

I too was bugged by it, but I'll accept it...

I agree... and also, they did basically this same thing last season, when Abruzzi's guys were going to kill the guy in the witness protection program. They used the same "Silence of the lambs" thing where we're led to believe the outside guys are in the same location as the inside guys. The repetition of it bugged me (and it wasn't as effective the second time either).

I thought he got the pictures from the tattoo artist who he has interviewing at the time, she would definately have detailed pictures of all the ink.

Just watched the DVDs from Season 1:

Fish referred to "new fish in the (fish) bowl". When a new crop of inmates arrived (including Tweener), they comment that Scofield wasn't the fish anymore.

The breakout was supposed to be between 7PM and 8 PM, after the tier was opened and before it closed again and the cells were checked. When they found the warden in his closet he had them sound the alarm, shortening their planned lead time over the wall.

    But still an awesome start!

Didn't Scofield have to take the same kind of drug for his obsessive complusiveness? Could mean they are two peas in a pod.

YES, they did show Tweener. I don' think it was in the previews, but just in case I will put it in spoiler.

They showed Tweener buying a plane ticket to Utah

I found it odd that the FBI agent (what's his name anyway?) asked to have the escapee's files read out loud at the beginning of the episode. It made for a convenient introduction to the characters again, but for a while there I thought he was blind (Contact flashback).

I don't remember that. The only drug I remember him taking was the one to offset the insulin injections.

For now - unless a new character is introduced - the most likely ally they'll have for any assistance is Dr. Tancredi. Her career is shot anyway and she's "predisposed" to Michael. She's already acted on his behalf more than once.

Steadman: an interesting choice. has the potential to turn sympathetic, but the constraints on his lifestyle make it impossible.

I said the same thing to my wife last night. I'm thinking maybe they document incoming inmates' tats, maybe to document gang affiliations, etc.

Yes, the Tweener scene was from the previews, good call on the spoiler.

And I don't recall OCD ever coming up as a trait of Michael's. I do think that what ever pill the FBI guy is taking, it will be his Achille's heal for Michael to exploit.

I thought they discussed it early in the 1st season as a way to explain his compulsive planning?

IIRC, it wan't OCD per se, but some other neurological condition with similar but more extreme effects.

Yep, something along the lines of not being able to focus on one part of a thing but always seeing / thinking about the whole picture.

Yeah, and also that he felt the need to help everyone, to be everyone's savior, I think was another trait they mentioned. I don't remember them mentioning anything about him being on medication for it, but the fact that they showed the FBI guy take the pill has to mean something.

I don't think Michael was seeing him take the pill and thinking of some way he could exploit it though. If they did have the same condition and were both on medication for it, there's no way Michael could have determined what kind of pill it was he was taking. I think Michael was looking at him more because he couldn't believe someone out there could have figured out his plan quickly enough to be that close behind him.

Whether they have the same condition or not, they're definitely two peas in a pod. This is going to be an interesting season, if only for watching the chase between those two.

The important part was that the FBI agent was HIDING the fact that he was on pills... carrying them around in a pen and taking them while no one was around him.

I suspect it's something Michael will find out about and use to his advantage somehow.

Clearly the FBI guy is actually michael's father after a face transplant and those are anti-rejection meds.
