Premier & TPXL new (old) problem; video stops

    A problem that some people had on the Series 3 when the background color on the menus went to light grey and you could not watch any video (live or recorded). The menus still worked and then the only solution was a soft (or hard) re-boot, well I got this problem once on my TPXL about a week ago, and today my wife got the problem on another TP she was watching. As I said a re-boot fixes the problem. I was using the SDUI menu system, but before I did the soft re-boot I did switch to the HDUI. the color was on the HDUI menu but you could not watch anything, if you went back to a menu that was still in SD the background color was still missing. As I have upgraded TiVos I can't call TiVo about this, and just want to know if anybody has had this problem with V14.9.2.2. I have been using 4 TPs for over a year now and never had this problem before.
