Premere 4, updating info from new router

    I have a new router with a new password but the TiVo can't find the router and I can't go in to change the password. Help, Thanks

    Router model? Who installed it?

    Perhaps it's time to find the factory reset?

    The more I think about it, the more confused I get. A Premiere doesn't have WiFi. If it's wired then no password is needed. I guess we wait for a better explanation.
