I am getting bad pixilation studdering and bad audio on one receiver on my
    DSR708.
If I select a channel ( ex 646) that has this problem I can resolve it by changing to a local and it comes in fine.
Then I can switch to the other receiver, select 646 and it's fine.
I installed a new HD, but it did not solve the problem.
Is it the Power Supply or something else???
    Signal strength is fine.

    Mill Creek,...
Is your Tivo connected to your TV using SVideo?

    Thanks for the reply.
Yes it is, but it has the same problem when connected with audio video cables.
Also it reboots or locks up when I select one of the problem channels like 746 and then channel up a few times. My original post mentioned 646, but I can get the MLB channels to fail consistantly.

It's not the power supply. I switched it with my DVR40.
    It's a bad tuner.
