pyTivo worked perfectly since I've started using it. Episodic content got put into folders (grouped) with the Show name labeled. After receiving the update, my episodes are still grouped, but now the folder name is given, but the name of the first episode included. For example, let's say I'm trying to import my 24 collection. Before it would be labeled 24, with each episode inside the folder. Now the folder name says, 24 S01E01, even though I haven't changed any of my pyTivo settings.

    Interesting.

Can you show me an example metadata file that results in this?

Does the folder name change if you delete the first episode?

BTW, I'm using a Metadata Creator Program that creates the Show Name based on the folder name that all my episodes are in.

Here's what it looks like in the metadata file.

    title : S01E01
    seriesTitle : 24
    episodeTitle : S01E01
    seriesId : 24
    isEpisode : true

Try removing the "title" line from the metadata before starting.

And again: Does the folder name change if you delete the first episode?

That sounds more like "Yep, it does change."
