I had been using the Pluto TV app on my Roamio a week or so ago. Came back to it last night, and cannot seem to get it to do anything. I tried yesterday and today, but all I get is the Pluto TV 'load' screen (Drop In. It's Free) with the progress bar continuously scrolling. Nothing ever loads in or progresses to the Pluto content page.
Other Apps (Hulu etc.) work fine. I've tried rebooting.
    Anybody have any knowledge?
    Thanks.

Uncheck it in manage apps and then reboot and then reactivate.

    No change.
Further research: I went to Pluto.TV website. Can find no mention of TiVo in their list of supported devices. (heck; even a word search of 'tivo' on their support site returns 'no match'). Have they discontinued the service / collaboration?

Does your Tivo have a static ip address? I know that assigning a specific IP to your Tivo can cause problems. Maybe reboot router or make the the IP dynamic.

I put in a email to TiVo Support about it.
My guess is going to be that they have discontinued the service / App on legacy TiVos.
I'm basing that on the one reply here that is confirming my issue.
Everybody else; I appreciate the suggestions, but no one else has stated that it is "working fine" on your (modelname) unit, or "not working fine" on your (modelname) unit.
Will report back if i hear anything from TiVo.

They sent me notice back on July 8 that they would look into it. But my support ticket status currently shows "Status: Issue Logged". Nothing more.

PlutoTV app is NOT WORKING on my Tivo Bolt. Let me know if you hear anything from Tivo. I just put in a ticket with PlutoTV support, so I will report back from that side if I hear anything.

I have a Roamio OTA with the same problem as Patrick2099. So I tried something different. I went to the tivo APP VEWD and chose URL Loader from its recommended list. I entered Pluto.TV and tivo brought up the new version of the Pluto TV and beyond the welcome screen. The screen has the same look and options that you see if you went to Pluto.TV on a pc or an android device. But what stopped the complete invocation is the message 'Terms of use have been updated - Accept & Continue'. My TIVO remote does not have a button that allows me to continue.

Yeah... Whatever. Tivo support simply isn't even responding to my inqueries or ticket number regarding this anymore. Guess there attitude is 'scruw me' (?)
    Oh well.

The silence on this is terrible for TiVo.

So now shows/movies in the Watch Later list have links to Pluto, but Pluto will not load, so it's massive list of items that don't work. Awesome! Definitely won't cause problems in my house!

I've unchecked it because it is causing way too many issues in my family's Watchlist.

I'm having the same issue on my Bolt (Six tuner, 3TB) and Mini VOX. Also, I'm on TE3. Are TE4 users experiencing this issue?
