Please help!

    I have a Tivo bolt and 8 minis (I know crazy!). Everything was working great until last night the Tivo's lost their internet connection. Internet works fine everywhere else but the Tivo's aren't connecting and none of the Mini's work. I called Tivo and they blames Fios and then Fios blamed Tivo. Can someone please please please help. Much appreciated

    Start by power everything off, including the router or gateway and modem. Power back up one by one, starting with modem, waiting until each become operational again, then repeat on to next device, on up to Tivos.

    It should be the first things to try before calling any Customer service, or buying new equipment, etc.

    Thanks for your help. I followed what you said but still doent work. Very frustrating. Internet works fine throughout the house but none of the Tivos. Even the Tivo hooked up directly to the router isnt getting connected Any other thoughts?

    What IP Address' do your TiVo's indicate in Network Settings?

    Does your Router list an IP Address for them in the DHCP list?

    Can you ping them from a PC or tablet?
