Advertisements My DRT 800 series 2 does not recognize or support several rental disks I have inserted as of late. It gives a message that "an invalid or unsupported disk is inserted". Before this started I had several rental disks freeze up & skip a lot. I cleaned & cleaned my player as well as the disks just to try to make it to the end of a movie. I called Humax support today & a rep. told me I needed to kick start my recorder-however per the directions she gave me I can't get out of the re-starting phase. I never get the green screen she spoke of. She told me to unplug for 30 seconds & then plug back in & watch the two LEDs on the front & to push pause when one of them goes out & push 57 when it turns off & the over one comes on. It doesn't work...can u help me?? Do I need a new recorder?? I am at wit's end.. thanks for any support you can give me.
