Advertisements Tonight, on my S3, there is a persistent band of incorrect video (horizontal just above bottom of screen ~10% of screen area) when watching the local OTA digital PBS channel (south Florida: 42-1 WXEL). This band of video has some pixelation above and below. I notice that I can change the content of this persistent band by playing a recorded program and switching back to the OTA digital channel. The content of this video band will then consist of ~10% of the last frame of the playback program. Both the HD and SD outputs have this same artifact, and changing the aspect ratio or the video output mode (either 1080i hybrid or 1080i fixed) did not resolve the problem. Only this OTA digital channel appears to have the problem, others and playback of OTA recorded digital content are fine. There are no CCs installed in my S3. Anyone else have this problem?
