    Hello -
I'm having what I think is an odd problem. It all started when I put a disc that I had burned on that machine in. The screen told me that it was an 'invalid or unsupported disc', and the tray wouldn't open. (Yesterday dgh was able to help me find the trick to force the tray open - thanks!).

Now however, the machine will play commercial discs, or even discs burned by some other machine, but not the ones that I burned on it. (Does that make sense?) Up until the other day I could play those discs on it and I can play the discs that I burned on the 810H on my laptop.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks

Try rebooting/restarting the unit as a first step.

Have you tried burning another program and then playing it back on the 810 since yesterday?

I have tried unplugging the unit and having it power up. And the disc that I burned yesterday just played perfectly.
Which, unfortunately, leaves me more confused.

Sometimes you can get an error that is cleared with a reboot/restart... just be happy its working again :)

Thanks! I'll try a total reboot this weekend. (and yes, I am so glad that it's working again!)
