I liked Episode 2 quite a bit. It helped establish what the surrounding town is like and what he'll be dealing with going forward. And seeing Bradley Whitford covered in mud was pretty funny.

Went back and watched E2. It wasn't as bad as I thought. It started poorly (IMHO) which was why I killed it so quickly. But the story came together, and the cast is starting to gel. I like BW and AC, so I'll reanimate the SP, and keep giving it a try.

And BW in a muddy pig scramble? Yeah, that's worth watching. :)

I thoroughly enjoyed "No Time for Losers"(I want to say episode 3, but it's production code 1BYG02 - I think they switched airing episodes 2 and 3).
I actually did laugh out loud several times, and loved Anna's 9-to-5.

I've been enjoying the singing, despite its feeling artificial typically in something like this.

We bailed after E2 when we realized it was not that funny and the premise was not for us. The similarly premised Bless this Mess (on ABC) is much better (city folk living the country life). I just think the characters are kind of stereotypical. I watched for Bradley Whitford (really no idea who Anna Camp is, so she had no influence) but with so much on TV to watch, I am not even sticking around for mediocre these days (except on shows I've been watching awhile). So far the new fall season on the broadcast nets has been very underwhelming.

    >sigh< looks like I'm the only one who likes this show.
I'll have to enjoy it while it lasts.

I still find it funny and now feel like I'm getting more invested in the characters which, for me, adds to the humor.

I'm still onboard. It isn't groundbreaking TV, but I enjoy it.

I'm still in, up to e3, though I usually FF through the singing.
Didn't think this was like Bless this Mess until mentioned here, but now I see the similarities (but I bailed on BTM after s2e1. I like the characters better here. BTM is too much like Green Acres, but without Arnold Ziffel :))

I thought the singing was the best part of the show :)

    Still in.

    "Toblerone."

Georgia was driving my crazy. I knew that actress from somewhere. Tawny Newsome, played Gabby on Brockmire.

Hopefully it will die down HOPEFULLY, cause I really like the first episode

Ha I think you kind of missed the point. The rest of the show (to me) is awful. The only part I even sorta liked was the singing. Even that wasn't great.

Yea I definitely see how it's Generic and not everybody's cup of tea. Even though I like it well enough, I dont see it lasting more than 2 seasons
