She looks familiar to me but I bailed after S1 on Halt and Catch Fire. So not from there. But I've been saying to myself she could play Laura Linney's younger sister.

Yeah, I can't believe he just bragged about killing him but didn't tell his brother what the creep did to their sister. I'm sure it's going to come to light, especially since Molly knows now too but still.

I only recognized her from Scrubs.

This episode was another strange one. Also a LOT of sex at the start of the episode. Jeeesh.

Does Tiago not really remember what happened to him to get that scar or did he actually not see de la Santa Muerte? I've thought this entire time he knew or they made reference to it being her in conversation with his mom? Maybe now I'm not remembering correctly.

Dr Craft! You are in it now my man! It's one thing to cheat on the wife but this...... tsk tsk. She's really got him. My only question, was the guy they buried the dude from the dance hall in the beginning or just another person she created like her "son"? Then they have sex on his grave?? That's just gross.

My impression is that he remembers, but isn't sure if it was real. (Or flat-out doesn't believe it was real.)
It was the dance hall guy. I guess he was meant to represent her husband to Craft? So now Craft thinks she killed her abusive husband, and he has helped her dispose of the body?

The husband doesn't actually exist, right?

Okay, so maybe his mother knows what happened, even though she isn't the one that saw it. He deep down probably knows what he saw but is in denial. Makes more sense. :)

That's what I thought but wasn't 100% sure since we know she can just pull "people" out of her arse, literally! ;)

Also, Mom said to Lewis that only the older brother believed.
    Yes, yes and yes.

    This season is getting...umm...dreadful...

It started out so good. Now I'm bored and the only thing keeping my interest are the visuals (sets, costumes and overall production value) and of course the gorgeous 4K/DV picture.

Well, Peter has certainly turned into a more sympathetic character...it was fun watching Magda-Elsa so badly overplay her hand. I wonder if Peter ends up on the side of good in the battle between good and evil?

And what on Earth is Magda-Alex playing at with Louis? That should prove interesting.

Only two episodes left...this season, anyway.

Poor Maria. Losing all her children and now fighting with demons in her work home.

I'm so confused about the Councilman and his lover/assassin. The assassin really loves the Councilman? WTH??!! And did Craft's wife scared so that he's now a good guy? He even went against Magda firing Maria.

I think Craft was always a good guy.
Magda-Elsa “influenced” him to get him to commit his wife and help her bury her “husband” that she killed, but Maria also has an influence over him, which is why Magda-Elsa wants her fired. Craft, it seems, is not a Nazi, but Magda-Elsa wants to push him in that direction.

I agree. She's using demon mojo to make him obsessed.

Well, I enjoyed the season, and would like to see another season in LA, but I found the season finale disappointing.

For a show about a war between the Goddess of Death and a demon from hell involving Nazis and a race war, I was expecting something a little more...apocalyptic.

It was very sad, in many ways.

I am puzzled by the nature of Natalie Dormer's characters, though. Last week, we saw some independence from Alex, who seems increasingly not on board with her boss's increasingly fascist attitudes, and this week we saw definitively that Rio and Elsa are separate beings (although they may have been spawned from Magda in the same way Frank was spawned from Elsa).

So is anyone watching Perry Mason? They both take place in the 1930s and both shows have a blonde bible thumping preacher blonde woman. I figure this is a real historical figure. The one in Perry Mason is Orphan Black!!

I found the killing of Brian to be, well, a bit out of character for Detective Lewis, and a bit short sighted. A more believable set-up, would have been if the Nazi was about to capture Brian and Lewis then shot him.
