I loved his hand-drawn iPhone and trying to slide the icons list.

Newsflash, old people have sex too.

What bothered me...why didn't she just say "okay then, when you're married, and you want to have sex, do THIS!"

Because the Pawnee law says they can ONLY teach abstinence.

P&R creator/showrunner Mike Schur (@KenTremendous on Twitter) tweeted out that one of their writers actually made that fake paper iPhone. Not as a prop for the show. He just made it. Then they decided to work it into a script.

That really adds meaning to Ron Swanson's line, "This is the work of a lunatic."

Of course not. People's personal sexual preferences are nobody's business but their own.... :)

He was acting in a role. The things he said were lines that had been written for him. They didn't go out and find someone who was like that character and then give him a job on a show.

What was so annoying about the character for you?

pushing his ideas on others and making city council bow down to his way of thinking and that it was the only way and the right way..that was very annoying and condescending...

Isn't it kind of strange for the writers of a TV show to set up conflict? It seems they could have just written it so everyone just got along.
