Only one of my apps (Netflix) is working

    Cable TV is fine, Netflix is fine, but when I try to select any another app (e.g., HULU), it just sends me back to the app selection bar.

    what model tivo? ethernet or wifi? what internet speed?

    uncheck all apps using "add/manage apps", reboot, force connection. when complete, reselect desired apps using "add/manage apps", reboot, force two connections, then try again.
