Online TV Listing Guide Wrong

    How can I change the Online Scheduling to display my correct zip code if it is incorrect? In the faq it says to click on "Get my local channels", which I do not see anywhere...

    help?

    For a series 2
    tivo central > messages and settings > settings > channels > channel list > press the 'enter' button (not the select button)

    Sorry, I'm referring to the 'online' scheduling on their website.

    oh, sorry.
    Good Question. All I could find was this in the online scheduling FAQ
    But I can only do this when I'm not signed in and it doesn't save it when I sign in after I change it. The option to 'change' isn't even available when I'm signed in.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one asking this.

    I recently switched to DirecTV from Comcast, but Tivo Online still thinks I'm Comcast, and the FAQ is obviously outdated.
