Jets Buffalo game scheduled for 11/23 as been moved to Monday night 11/24 at 7p

Unless something changes CBS will be broadcasting the game in the NY and Buffalo markets.

This will also affect secondary Bills markets, like Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Utica/Rome and Erie, PA...

Looks like WSEE/25 (CBS Erie) will run CBS primetime in the middle of the night, after the game (and after CBS' late night programming):

    Tweet by NFL's Greg Aiello:

He doesn't mention WSEE/Erie because they were originally not on the list to carry the Sunday game.

"EENY" refers to WENY-DT2, the CBS affiliate on a subchannel there.

And finally, a list from the Bills website:

It looks like CBS2 NYC will be airing prime time schedule on their sister channel WLNY 10/55. I'm not sure what happens at 10PM, if NCIS: LA will be shown on both channels or not depending on what time the game ends.

I think most of the other stations I listed, if they have sister stations, they are major network affiliates...i.e. WSEE and NBC affiliate WICU, WENY-DT2's main is ABC, etc. Can't remember if WIVB in Buffalo has a sister station.

WLNY is an independent owned by CBS...so this is only likely to be a solution in NYC.

ETA: WIVB has sister CW affiliate WNLO/23, and has moved WIVB stuff there in the past. But I can't yet find any indication they're moving CBS prime time there tomorrow.
