I've got a DirecTivo HR10-250 running 6.4a. Hacked it some time ago and things had been working perfectly until about a week ago. Now for some reason, I'm unable to view show details in the Now Playing List. I can see the whole NPL along with the folders. However, when I press Enter or Right to see the actual detailed Info (show titles, description, etc.), it just dumps back into the NPL list. If I'm in a folder and try to view the details, it dumps back to the folder list. No details showing up at all. If the show is actually playing, the Details show up in the normal banner if I press Info, but that's a pain to have to do each time.

I haven't done anything new from a hack perspective and have no idea what logs I should look at. Searching here and other sites, I can't seem to find anyone who has a similar issue. I'm assuming some sort of corruption somewhere, but reboots don't help and I'd really like to skip doing a Clear and Delete everything.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks,
    Smokey

I know this will make little sense, but try a simple reordering in the Season Pass Manager. This may cause it to fix the corruption.

Thanks for the responses. I tried reordering the Season Passes but to no avail.

I posted in this forum because I thought this was more of a Directv/Tivo OS issue vs. something specific to the hr10-250.

Oh well. I guess I'll try a clear and delete...

    Are you using TivoWebPlus?

Saw your note on another site also. Yes, I do have TWP installed.

    Thanks for the response.

    TWP version?
Did you create a season pass with TWP?

    Looks like it's 2.1.b2.

I did actually create a Season pass for it a few weeks ago (had to try out TWP on my new iphone though normally would just go through the standard tivo interfaces...).

I had kind of wondered if that wasn't somehow related, but couldn't see a connection.

Guessing I should remove that particular season pass?

    Thanks again for the follow-up.

It took me a few tries to delete the correct Season Pass since I couldn't remember which one exactly it was that was setup in TWP, but removed a few of them and now my NPL is back to normal without needing to clear and delete everything.

    Thanks RandC!!!

That is where I was going. TWP does not catch the 6.4 version so it creates a season pass without NPK information. I will reply with patch information so you wont have the same issues again.
