Advertisements I have a Series 3 and am using Comcast. They have come to my house three times and cannot get Cablecard 2 to work with my Series 3. When I go to test the channels in the cablecard diagnostics menu I receive all the channel information but there is no picture. As a side note they got my TivoHD in another room working fine. I am hoping somebody here will be able to help diagnose the problem.
