No Netflix or Prime Video Streaming?

    Last night, with no warning, we were unable to stream movies from Netflix or Prime Video. I can access the apps just fine but when I choose a movie and choose PLAY or START, I get an error message. I'm using a new TiVO Bolt & SuddenLink as the provider.

    Anyone else experiencing or experienced this problem???

    thanks anyway...

    i unplugged the power cord and plugged it back in and that fixed this issue.
