No MSD when I have 3 TiVo boxes? Wonder why.

    Went to the TiVo website to view my upgrade offers and got the "sorry you are not eligible for MSD". I have 3 active TiVo boxes and I had offers before.

    Has there been a change?

    Are any of those three "qualifying" subscriptions? You need at least one full-price subscription to be eligible for MSD. http://www.tivo.com/abouttivo/policies/tivomultiservicediscountagreement.html

    Ahh! My original S2 (with fully paid lifetime subscription) hasn't called in in the last 180 days. It may well have a bad hard drive...didn't care as I only watch HD anyway.

    Well that explains it...but that bites!!

    You could hook it back up and have it dial in, right? The lifetime won't go away, right?
