So, we get 2 episodes from last year and a 6 episode new season? That sucks.
No, season 5 has 22 episodes. 14 were shown last year and 8 will be shown this year.
An 8-episode "season" sounds just about right for Nip/Tuck. They stretch storylines out for so long that even an interesting character (the Carver for example) gets old.
the knifing scenes go right through me.....
The feel bad for christian season wont go over well with me if they continue it. He's been a jerk the entire show and now we are to feel bad for him?
he aint no vic mackey!
Glad they brought some of the kids back into the show but matt being sober and a good boy is a bit unbelievable. And where's the girl?
They've always portrayed Christian as a jerk who needs our sympathy. It's worked in the past, remember the whole molestation by the priest as a child plot? I remember during that one being sympathetic toward the character.
I know there's so many things that happen in Nip/Tuck that it's easy to forget.
I thought the entire episode was pretty boring, and the revelation that the future scenes were a "dream" is disappointing and IMO is probably a bad omen for the rest of the season. My guess is that they did this to kill of Julia's character.
At least she's dead.
I liked her character at first but she lasted too long.
Did I see that right? Sean is faking being crippled? That's about the only part of this episode that piques my curiosity. I just can't imagine why he would do that.
I think he's too afraid to "get back in the saddle" operation-wise at this point, and the wheelchair is his excuse.
