New Channels - no guide data

    Comcast added several new HD channels in Vermont, but after ten days TIVO still doesn't have the guide data updated. "to be announced"

    Support says the are "investigating" OMG!!!!!! This is BS! :eek: :thumbsdown:

    Have you contacted Tivo to have them contact Tribune?

    Yes over a week ago, and still not fixed

    Have you checked zap2it? If it is incorrect there, have you sent feedback to TMS (through zap2it)?

    If these are over the air broadcast channels, then, even though the cable company is acting as your antenna, the entity with the financial incentive for you to be able to watch, and to want to watch, those channels in particular is the broadcaster.

    Contact them and tell them Tribune isn't relaying the info.
