New Cable Schedule

    We had Adelphia, which has become Time Warner. During the night, they completely changed the channel order, So far, the cable boxes aren't working, but hopefully, that will change soon. My question is this: until Tivo can pick up the schedule correctly, should I just manually record shows I normally record on Season Pass? How long does it usually take for the schedule to update on Tivo?
    I think they've changed just about every channel. Thanks, Peggy

    Yes, manually record things.

    IME, a gude update takes about 3-5 days.

    If it isn't updated in a couple of days, you can file a lineup issue report with tio customer service or at tivo.com.

    Actually, I did a bit more research on here and found a thread that told me what to do. To go to messages and settings, then channels, click on "enter" to indicate lineup is incorrect and follow directions. It worked like a charm. All my season passes are now on the correct channels. Yippee!
