New Brighthouse Issues

    I have a Tivo Premier and used it quite succesfully when using Comcast. I had no issues at all. I recenlty moved to FL where Brighthouse is my cable provider. BH came out and installed 2 cable cards. I was not receiving certain HD channels. They sent out 3 more technicians who installed a decoder. All was fine. EXCEPT...... Tivo never gets shut off, but my Tivo remote will randomly stop working. Nothing, nada, no way. If I reset my tivo, reprogram the remote for TV and audio, all is fine for awhile . A global reset of the remote will not work in this instance, just a complete reboot of the tivo. Many calls to tivo, who has been wonderful, and many calls to BH, that have been useless, have failed to give me a solution. Has anyone seen this issue? Other than that, I am receiving all my channels, recording is fine etc. Sometimes the tivo has to be rebooted 5-6 times a day, and always in the morning when it has sat overnight. Thanks for any assistance.
