I activated my new Bolt and it remains activated for a few minutes then becomes deactivated. I manually connect to the service or reboot and it works for a few minutes then deactivates again. I unplug for a while and that does the same. In the System Information setting, it shows the service level to be C: followed by a number during the short time it works, then turns to A: - Does anyone have a solution to this? I will be calling them when they are open, but hoped someone here knows what to do.
