New Bolt+ loses recorded programs or doesn't record

    My new Bolt+ is losing recorded shows or, in some cases, it doesn't record due to lack of space. It's new, there's nothing in it.

    Tivo told me to reset settings and use kickstart mode 54. However, this mode doesn't do anything to my Tivo. The leds blink telling me the code is correct but it doesn't go into smart mode to check the hard drive.

    I'm now trying to record my shows again, but I'm not that hopeful. Any ideas how to get mode 54 to work?

    Note that this is already a replacement. My original Tivo+ worked fine, but WiFi was busted (I used ethernet instead). After 1-2 hours with support, they sent me this one. The WiFi works, but not season pass or any other recordings. I wonder if I'll have to send this one back as well...
