Advertisements Hi, This is my last chance. I have been a happy tivo customer for years. Last year, I got the tivo bolt+. After only one year, the hard drive died. I did have the extended warranty so I got a replacement. I cannot get this one to work. I have two problems. The first one is the horrid V312 error. I have tried every suggestion on how to correct this with no success. The secon is the interface. I have tried to downgrade the interface. I go to the guided setup screen, do the two down arrows, the two rewinds, and promptly get sent back to the previous screen. I have been in contact with tivo to no avail. They just keep repeating that the first is a known issue. Is this supposed to make me feel better that I cannot use my apps. The second has been "'working" for quite some time. I love tivo, but it has to work. Any suggestions for a desperate person???
