So I go to watch Netflix last night and see only perhaps 1/2 of the items in my Instant Queue listed on TiVo Netflix.

Thinking that Netflix has decided to cancel a bunch of shows, I go to my PC to check. Lo and behold, I see all the items in my Instant Queue on my PC.

I go back to TiVo, exit Netflix app and re-enter, still missing a bunch of items.

Thinking there may have been an update to the TiVo Netflix app, I issue a restart of the TiVo and go to bed.

This morning I check again, still missing the same items in the queue. :(:confused:

    Anyone else having issues?

    TIA

It appears Netflix has consolidated Seasons into a single folder for TV series'. I noticed this with both Twin Peaks and Dexter. So now instead of seeing Dexter: Season 3, I see a single Dexter folder with episode titles similar to:

    S1:E1 <episode title>
    S1:E2 <episode title>
    S1:E3 <episode title>
    ...

While this makes the Instant Queue a bit cleaner, I'm finding it a bit more difficult to remember where I left off with a series.

Could this be the root of the problem?

    orangeboy,

Thanks for the reply. For as long as I can remember, seasons have been grouped into folders as you state and I agree it's a pain.

However, now that you mention it, I went back and did some checking.

The items missing are any "Season" related items. All "Man vs. Wild" seasons, "Top Gear" seasons, etc.

Who do we complain to when there's Netflix on TiVo issues?

Seasons have been grouped into folders but orangeboy was pointing out that entire TV shows are now in a single folder with all seasons in the same folder, e.g.:

    S1:E1 <episode title>
    S1:E2 <episode title>
    S1:E3 <episode title>
    ...
    S2:E1 <episode title>
    S2:E2 <episode title>
    S2:E3 <episode title>
    ...
    S3:E1 <episode title>
    S3:E2 <episode title>
    S3:E3 <episode title>
    ...

All my missing items last night were TV show seasons as well. I had to remove them from my queue and then add the show back to my instant queue.

If you poke around the Netflix site you'll see that you can't add shows by season anymore.

Doesn't hurt to cover all your bases, IMO.

I found the same problem with my Tivo HD, went to Netflix through my Apple TV and everything was there.

Note, ALL of the stuff in my instant queue is TV seasons but three show seasons remained visible through my Tivo.

I watched one of the "missing" TV shows on my Apple TV instead.

I called Netflix and it is as other posters have stated. Netflix has done away with separate seasons and have grouped them into just the one title.

The support agent said you need to go into your Instant Queue and remove all the separate season items and re-add just the main title and all the seasons should show up underneath that in your Instant Queue.

    Thanks!
