Always fun to see Cort and how they all interact...

and, Wow!! Ziva with the two guns!! :)

But, nothing about Vance... or did I miss something? I anticipated that would be an ongoing storyline.

Vance did tell Gibbs that he knew Gibbs had seen his CIA file. Gibbs said he only care about the job (or something like that). So maybe they are just letting it rest?

Gibbs told Cort that he didn't read the file.

Which, of course, doesn't mean that he didn't read it...

I also like when Tony jumped out of his skin on the dropped pistol. I know I did.

Who didn't guess that "Socrates Poole" was the real bad guy by the time they reached the safe house?

I think they pretty much showed Gibbs choosing not to read it at the end of the big Vance "boxing" episode.

By the way, Abby-centric episode next!

And from the short glimpse I saw

Return of her car! We haven't seen that in a while

We've only seen it once, in the dog episode.

That was the last time I recalled seeing it, but I wasn't sure it was actually the only time.

Why are you posting this? Anyone who chooses to watch previews has already done so. Anyone who chooses not to watch previews doesn't want you to give any information about upcoming episodes.

Please try to think of others and not just yourself.

Huh? that post didn't give away any plotlines!!

Besides, the mere act of opening these threads leaves the door open that you may read something about the episode or the preview.

It gave away information about the next episode. If I wanted that, I would have watched the preview. He basically took away my choice. I now know the focus of the next episode, whether I wanted to or not.
This episode, yes. Next episode, no. You are free to discuss next week's episode all you want...in the thread for next week's episode.

    Amnesia is correct.

I thought this was just an OK episode. It had lots of tiny little gems but overall it wasn't all that fantastic, and the Dinozzo vs. Kort stuff got tedious very quickly. Two thumbs up to Ziva on the two-fronted fight... that was awesome to see! I distinctly remember at least one other show that used the exact same plot device, where the "crime boss" was out of the picture and the "flunky" was really the boss.

I was surprised at how short Kort was compared to Gibbs and Tony.

    Ormond...
So, what happens if the TV is on and a commercial comes on for the next NCIS episode?

Well, you see, I heard about this really neat thing called TiVo that lets you record your shows for later and then fast forward through things you don't want to see. I'm thinking about getting it, it sounds nifty! :D

I haven't watched a commercial intentionally in a long time... I bet Amnesia hasn't either. If I'm watching something live, I channel surf to something just to avoid the agony of not being able to FF through commercials.

Knowing in advance who the central character will be in an upcoming episode... Yeah, I can see where that would ruin the entire experience of watching an episode...

    Only one?

I never said it would ruin the entire experience. I just said that it's information that I purposely avoided by choice. Now someone was inconsiderate and that choice was taken away from everyone reading the thread about this week's episode.

Aaargh! I just wish people would say "would you mind spoilerizing that, I don't watch previews?" - and the other one would just add the tags - and off we'd go. Yes, a few people got spoiled - but, the rest won't - and no one will have to deal with discussions about it all. Pretty please. :)
