Well we finally have an answer as to why Heroes is no longer being repurposed on SCI FI Friday nights...

The way it's going right now I'd be amazed to see "Heroes" get third season.

So this is the "major announcement" that they were teasing on G4 during the Halo 3 launch show, then had to cancel announcing due to "lawyer issues".

Mojo is fine (it's the former INHD 1) but G4? Ew.

Agreed on G4, but how is Mojo fine? Giant waste of HD bandwidth if you ask me. I'd rather it just be where HD special events land, as it functioned partially for in the past.

Why do these companies even bother having different channels anymore? Every channel launches to be some "niche", then after a couple of years they all end up showing the same shows in reruns anyway. They could just call them "Rerun channel 1", "Rerun channel 2"...

    Like SCI FI, for instance.

Well, I could sift through my outdoor trash receptacle and find something similar but I'd much rather watch something substantive on my TiVo.

They've truly become the "throw it against the wall and see what sticks" channel. Much like SCI FI.
