    After a TiVoWeb search, I select the series OK, but when I click an individual episode to set the recording or season pass I get this error.

    Code:
    action_showing '/1764244/34' ''
    can't read "genrenums": no such variable
        while executing
    "lsearch $genrenums $genre"
        ("foreach" body line 2)
        invoked from within
    "foreach genre $genres {
    				  set genreindex [lsearch $genrenums $genre]
    				  if { $genreindex != -1 } {
    					 if { $genrestr != "" } {
    						append ..."
        ("uplevel" body line 277)
        invoked from within
    "uplevel $body"
        invoked from within
    "transaction {uplevel $body}"
        (procedure "RetryTransaction" line 5)
        invoked from within
    "RetryTransaction {
    		if { [regexp {([0-9]*)/(.*)} $objectid junk fsid subobjid] } {
    			set showing [db $db openidconstruction $fsid $subobjid]
    		} els..."
        (procedure "::action_showing" line 52)
        invoked from within
    "::action_$action $chan $part $env"
        ("eval" body line 1)
        invoked from within
    "eval {::action_$action $chan $part $env}"
    Anyone got any clues as to the reason?

    TIA,

    Cheers.

    I think the AltEPG uses different Genres and the list of them is hard coded into some addon's

    Automan.

    Looks like it's something to do with genres. Try the genre fix which I think is on the Installation and Configuration AltgEPG forum?

    Indeed it is! I found a replacement ui.tcl on the forum, along with instructions to regenerate the genres.js file.

    I have installed the .tcl and it has fixed things.
    I haven't got around to updating the genres file yet, but I will.

    Thanks again.
