I just glazed over that line when he said it, one of those subtle ones you miss if you aren't paying attention (or you wife insists on talking to you at night....sheesh, what's that all about. Didn't I buy her a tivo to? :)

Is the girl who played the wife the same one who played Taylor Vaugn in "She's all that?" I forgot to check the credits and neither imdb or TV.com seem to have that character credited.

I love Favreau's characters. The buddy in Daredevil, the psycho in Replacements, the Stoner in PCU and the Rich Ultimate fighter guy from several Friends episodes. He's awesome, I always have to go back to IMDB because he becomes his characters soo much that I don't remember it was him.

"World's best bottom"...written on a tin cup no less, that's a pure genius jab at all that "Worlds best..." merchandise. Kinda like my favorite jab at all the "I [heart] my dog" and the like stuff: "I [spade] my cat" and "I [club] my seal"

Not to mention Mike "He's so money" Peters from Swingers, which is like, only the greatest movie ever. ;)

He was also the clown in Seinfeld in the episode where George runs out of the burning apartment, pushing over the children and the old lady with the walker. "Bozo? You're livin' in the past, man! You're hung up on some clown from the sixties, man!"

    OH.........IO!!
Good episode, I too can't believe how much weight Favreau has put on... I almost didn't recognize him!

Wasn't he also one of the producers of Zathura? I seem to recall him being involved in the "Zathura-related" task in the last season of The Apprentice...

He is the director, not the producer, of Zathura, as well as a few other other feature films, his biggest hit being last year's "Elf".

He wrote, produced and directed "Made", which is shown every once in a while on TV. He and Vince Vaughn star as two losers who have to collect some money for the mob. Hilarious movie, with Vaughn playing one of the most irritating (and funniest) characters I've ever seen in a movie. Highly recommended.

And about his weight, he seems to be one of those yo-yo people when it comes to weight. He was probably the heaviest I've seen him though in this episode.

"I don't know why Bill is short for William, it should be short for Billiam"

I love the scenes at the end, they kill me every week.

Favreau also played Monica's boyfriend in some earlier episodes of Friends. (I think he was real rich and wanted to be in tough-man, fight, contests.)

I don't understand why people found this episode boring. I thought it was great with lots of good one-liners and a few good sight gags as well - the tanned wife, the mustache hair net. In my view Randy, and the interplay between Earl and Randy, really make this show work.

Good episode. The "Billiam" line at the end had me laughing as much, if not more, than the rest of the episode.
