My Bolt died and was replaced - can I retrieve my One Pass Subscriptions?
Tivo Tech support says that I can't retrieve One Pass subscriptions (not recordings) from a dead Tivo (hard drive failure). Is that correct???
I have to believe the One Pass list is somehow associated with my online account?
They suggested that I periodically print out my One Pass list if I ever need to recreate it.????

The only other place, online.tivo.com, but it may be only temporarily stored there.
Otherwise, you cannot retrieve anything from a dead Tivo drive.

I have an old S2 w/ lifetime that I haven't booted up in about 3 months. The One Pass list still shows at online.tivo.com under Manage / One Pass Manager and it allowed me to transfer it to a Bolt w/ lifetime that I purchased (and TiVo activated) in May 2017 but is still new in box.

Is the dead Bolt still in your account? If not, your One Pass list won't be accessible.

For future reference, you can use the KMTTG utility to backup your OnePasses (and other settings).
