My issue was resolved on the THD when the fall service update was installed.

That's where THD is. The S-2's are 9.3 something.
Still having the problem. What versions are needed to fix the problem?
yes the new fall updates are version 11 for the THD and S3.
I just got v 11 on the S3 about 2 nights ago and v11 on the THD just last night. it has corrected the problem at least so far. i still have an audio drop issue with the THD.
OK, got the v 11 Sunday night. Tivo froze on reboot. Pulled power plug, waited 30 sec. Rebooted ok but no channels--only blank gray screens. Pulled ethernet cable and power plug, waited one minute. Reinserted ethernet cable then power plug. Rebooted ok and channels are back. So far the THD shows up consistently in the other NPL's. Looks like it really was a problem at Tivo's end after all. I have not had the audio drop yet, but I am a little upset with the change in the elapsed time clock.
I am also having this problem...though I have no history to compare against, because I just got my second Tivo. In my case, I have 2 Tivo HD's connected via wireless adapters. The newer one, which may be less "burdened" with recordings and scheduled to-do's, is the one that seems to drop off the radar screen more often. So far, all I have to do is reset the network connection by clicking through the create-a-network-connection prompts, and the problem goes away...for a few hours.
This isn't normal, I hope....

Thought that V11 solved the problem, but after my S2s received an update last night, the problem is back again and bad as ever.
