I had 2 TivoHD's but one just died on me the other night so I went out and picked up a new Premiere unit to replace it. Everything got hooked up just fine, cablecard, tuning adapter, etc. The Premiere can see the TivoHD just fine, but if I go into the NPL for the TivoHD on the Premiere, it says that there are no shows available. How can I fix this? I don't want to have to grab another Premiere just to keep my MRV working.

It can take up to 24hrs to get the new TiVo registered with the servers after you activate service. After that you have to force a connection on all TiVos on the network so they are all updated with each other.

Some things you can do is:

Make sure there is service to the new box.
On your tivo.com account, go to DVR Preferences and make sure boxes for TRANSFERS AND DOWNLOADS are checked for all boxes.
It can take up to 24 hours until the new tivo gets the media access key and MRV functions.
