Mpeg4 not working

    I know that my cable company (Spectrum) has gone to mpeg4 to support their new boxes and OTT apps, but for some reason my Bolt continues to tune only the mpeg2 streams. I found if I disconnect my tuning adapter then many channels go to mpeg4, but unfortunately I lose many channels without the adapter.

    Is this a TiVo issue or a problem with Spectrum not mapping the mpeg4 channels properly for people using TiVo?

    Do you have Motorola Cable Card and Tuning Adapter - where are you located?
