I have two seasons worth of Malcom in the middle on my computer. I want to watch them in order but each episode is out of order on my tivo. Is there any way to get them back in order as of their original air date? Meaning the files are out of order on my computer. I try moving it to the correct order but the TiVo doesn't recognize it has it being moved.

I don't know for sure, but if these are .tivo files, the header information should contain the original air date and sort accordingly.

If they're other format files (like MPEG) you are transferring to your DVR via TiVoToComeback, you could use a filenaming convention that uses the season/episode and then sort by name, perhaps?
