Mobile app causes TiVo box to reboot

    I have been having an issue when using the Tivo mobile app my Roamio Pro reboots. Over the past month or so, when I launch the Tivo mobile app and start to navigate around the app, my main box will reboot itself. I have contacted support and they have had me try all the usual steps, rebooting box and router, etc and even escalated to development, but they still do not know why it is behaving this way. Has anyone else been experiencing similar issues?
