    Greetings,

I'm a TiVo newbee and wondered if anyone can point me to where I might find a list of all the internet streaming apps that are supported by TiVo. I've got Netflix and Amazon Prime working fine, but now I'm looking to see if TiVo supports CRTV. I haven't found it yet, so any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

It's in the TiVo channels list or manage apps.

Right, you're looking for the "Add & Manage Video Apps" menu option... which you *may* be able to find at the bottom of the "Find TV, Movies, & Videos" panel. Otherwise, you'll want to access this option via your DVR's menu.

    On a BOLT:

    TiVo Central
    > Settings & Messages
    > User Preferences
    > Add & Manage Video Apps
    or Roamio/Premiere:

    TiVo Central
    > Settings & Messages
    > Settings
    > Channels
    > Add & Manage Video Apps

    (as of 6/9/2017; sw 20.7.1)

Thank ya'll for responding so quickly. I thought I might find the list of streaming apps I was looking for on the TiVo website, but apparently not. But following the instructions above, I did find the list on my TiVo.

If I might ask another question, where do those apps come from? Are they written by the TiVo folks, or are they written by the streaming company? I'm only asking as the world of internet streaming is new to me, and I'd like to understand better how it works.

    Thanks.

Most likely written by the streaming company.

You cannot add apps like on a phone, tablet or pc. You cannot add a showtime app without Showtime writing one for the platform (per your other new thread).
